Please read this Terms and Conditions document carefully before using the p1604 platform. By registering an account or using any services provided, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated here.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the p1604 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the p1604 platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and p1604 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. The p1604 platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
P1604 reserves the right to revoke platform access at any time for any user found violating these terms, without prior notice and without any liability to the platform.
Account Registration, Security, and User Responsibility
Each user is permitted to have only one registered account on the p1604 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any refund.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. p1604 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as ID card or passport) at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to submit required documents within the specified timeframe may lead to temporary suspension of your account.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. p1604 will never ask for your password via email, messaging, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Third-party use of accounts, including by family members, is prohibited. All activity conducted through your account is your full responsibility.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users of the p1604 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, extract data, or disrupt normal platform operations by any means.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any interactions with the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or relevant international regulations.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, account hacking, or exploiting platform system vulnerabilities.
- Abusing or manipulating any promotional or bonus features in ways that violate the campaign terms.
P1604 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of suspicious activities, including freezing transactions and temporarily suspending access during investigations.
Payment, Deposit, and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the p1604 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The minimum allowed deposit per transaction is RM10. Users are responsible for ensuring the payment method used is in their own name—using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
P1604 supports various local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks featured on the platform. Deposit processing times range from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the selected method.
For withdrawals, users must use the same payment method as their original deposit for security purposes. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. p1604 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional identity verification before processing.
Any attempt to reverse or cancel bank-confirmed transactions (chargebacks) without valid reason will be considered a breach of these terms and may lead to account closure and legal action.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
P1604 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses due to betting, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond the platform’s reasonable control. The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, brand names, and visual elements on the p1604 platform are the exclusive property of p1604 and protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without written permission from p1604.
Third-Party Links
If p1604 includes links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Account Policies, Terms Amendments, and Applicable Laws
Account Suspension and Closure
P1604 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close user accounts for reasons including violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or at the user’s own request. If an account is closed due to violations, remaining funds may not be refundable depending on the outcome of internal investigations. Terms Amendments
P1604 may modify, add to, or revise any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes related to these terms or use of the p1604 platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of Malaysia.
